Debbie K. Boeck, 64, formerly of Monroe, died Friday, July 17, 2020. A Celebration of Debbie’s life will be held from 12 to 5 p.m. Saturday, August 15, 2020 at Leisure Lanes, 2308 6th Ave., Monroe.
