MONROE — There are many factors that impact the overall health and wellness of aging adults in our community.
To help provide important education and answer questions, SSM Health Community Health Workers will be hosting FREE education sessions at SSM Health Monroe Hospital (515 22nd Ave, Monroe) throughout 2024. The sessions will take place from 10 to 11am in the Human Resources Conference Rooms, Lobby Level.
Community members can attend as many sessions as they would like. They may register by leaving a voicemail at 608-373-8062 or by emailing cheryl.updike@ssmhealth.com. Light snacks, water, and coffee will be provided at each event.
