The regular Juda School Board meeting held Aug. 8, the board:

 Accepted donations from Olins Juda Oasis, Foster Trucking and Carter and Gruenewald.

♦ Regretfully accepted the resignations of Cody Stuckey and Cynthia Gempler.

♦ Approved the hiring of William Roth for custodian and Lindsey Myhre for food service. 

♦ Heard a report from Traci Davis on staffing for the upcoming school year.

♦ Heard a report from Mrs. Davis on the Boot Camp that was held at the school at the end of July in conjunction with other area schools.

♦ Approved the final reading of policy 343.4 Early College Credit.

♦ Heard a report from Carol Wirth of Wisconsin Public Finance Professionals, LLC regarding a possible operating referendum in the fall of 2018.  The board will meet again on Aug. 20 to discuss further.

♦ Approved the 2018/2019 Staff Handbook.

♦ Discussed the 2018/2019 Support Staff Handbook.  This will be ready for approval at the September meeting.

♦ Took no action coming out of Executive Session.
