DARLINGTON — Darlington Police Chief Jason King was recently appointed to the Wisconsin Chiefs of Police Association’s Legislative Committee by WCPA President Sean Marschke.
The WCPA was established in 1907 and represents over 700 law enforcement executives throughout the state.
The WCPA Legislative Committee, of which King was appointed, is comprised of 10 police chiefs from throughout the state who are appointed by the WCPA President. Those chiefs, aided by the WCPA executive committee, serve as the voice of the WCPA at the Capitol regarding matters that relate to law enforcement and public safety.
