MONROE — A car vs. parked car crash was reported at 1:25 a.m. Oct. 6 in the 1000 block of 17th Avenue. Travis J. Tuescher, 41, Monroe, was northbound when he hit the back of a legally parked vehicle. He was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated and cited for inattentive driving, no proof of vehicle insurance and operating with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage and were towed. Tuescher was booked and released pending court.

MONROE — A vehicle missing a tire traveling on the roadway was reported at 7:42 p.m. Sept. 28 in the N7800 block of County X, Town of Exeter. Investigation revealed Miguel A. Hernandez Cordova, 46, Brooklyn, had lost control and crashed. He was not injured. His vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed. He was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while under the influence of alcohol and cited for failure to keep vehicle under control, open intoxicants in vehicle, failure to notify police of an accident and driving without a valid license. He was released pending court.

●  No injuries were reported from a vehicle vs. building crash at 8:22 p.m. Sept. 29 in the N5300 block of Wis. 104, Town of Albany. Shaun L. Koss, 39, Albany, was northbound when he reported he swerved to miss an animal in the road. He lost control, exited the roadway, entered private property and collided with a greenhouse building. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed. Koss was cited for driving with a suspended license, failure to keep vehicle under control and no vehicle insurance.

●  No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle crash at 10:15 a.m. Oct. 6 in the W5200 block of County KK, Town of Monroe. David P. Bailey, 36, Monroe, was westbound when he reached down to pick up an item that fell. His vehicle collided with the back of a westbound straight truck in front of him that was turning onto Coplien Road. Duane D. Jelle, 63, Fitchburg, was the driver. The straight truck sustained minor damage. Bailey’s vehicle sustained severe damage. It was towed. Bailey was cited for inattentive driving

● No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle crash at 10:11 a.m. Oct. 8 on Decatur Road at West 3rd Avenue on the north side of Brodhead. Crystal D. Kandl, 91, Brodhead, was turning west onto Decatur Road when she collided with an eastbound vehicle on Decatur Road driven by Michelle Barlass, 58, Janesville. Both vehicles sustained functional damage. Kandl was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way. 

● Minor injuries were reported from a one-vehicle crash at 11:18 p.m. Oct. 9 in the W2300 block of County EE, Town of Albany. Erik R. Foster, 37, Albany, was eastbound when he failed to negotiate a curve and entered the south ditch and collided with an embankment. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed.

●  Shawn D. Olson, 49, Brodhead, reported hitting a deer at 7:58 p.m. Oct. 10 in the N7700 block of Wis. 69, Town of New Glarus. He had a possible wrist injury but declined medical attention. His motorcycle sustained disabling damage.

●  No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle rollover crash at 2:02 a.m. Oct. 11 in the N4800 block of County E, Town of Decatur. Timothy D. Fisher, 23, Brodhead, was northbound when he lost control. The vehicle entered the ditch and rolled before coming to rest. Fisher was arrested on charges of operating while impaired, failure to maintain control of his vehicle and operating with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration. He was released to a responsible party. The vehicle was towed. The Albany Fire Department, Albany EMS and Brodhead police assisted.
