MONROE - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident on Wisconsin 69 and 30th Street. Major C. Rood, 35, Monroe, was cited at 4:48 p.m. Monday for failure to keep control of a vehicle after his vehicle hit a second vehicle driven by a 68-year-old woman from Monroe.

MONROE - On Monday:
Judy K. Curran, 57, rural Monroe, was uninjured in a deer vs. truck crash that occurred in the N4900 block of Jordan Center Road, Town of Jordan, at 6:58 a.m. Curran was southbound when a deer ran into the roadway and hit the front of her truck. The truck sustained damage to the front bumper and was driven from the scene.
Heidi L. Rufenacht-Von Kaenel, 45, Monroe, was uninjured in a one-vehicle accident in the W4400 block of Wisconsin 59, Town of Sylvester, at 3:37 p.m. Rufenacht-Von Kaenel was eastbound when she lost control of her vehicle due to slippery road conditions and crossed into the westbound lane and then into the ditch hitting a fence post. The vehicle sustained severe driver's-side quarter panel damage. The vehicle was towed from the service and driven from the scene.

DARLINGTON - On Monday:
A deputy responded at 9:29 a.m. to a vehicle in the ditch along Wisconsin 11, Shullsburg.
A deputy responded to a vehicle in the ditch at 4:40 p.m. along U.S. 151, Township of Belmont.
Michelle Godfrey, 36, Argyle, sustained minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident on North Broad Street, Village of Argyle, at 5:09 p.m. Godfrey reported hitting a tree with her vehicle due to the icy road conditions. The vehicle was towed from the scene. Argyle Ambulance and Argyle Fire Department assisted on scene.
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident on West Commerce Street, Village of Belmont. Hanna Reuter, 15, was backing out of a parking lot and hit a parked car owned by Richard Coulthard, 43, Belmont. Both vehicles sustained minor damage.
A deputy was dispatched at 9:32 p.m. to a report of a hit-and-run accident on County KK, Gratiot Township.
