Monroe Police

MONROE - No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle accident at 6:06 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, in the intersection of Wis. 69 and 21st Street. A 70-year-old Freeport woman lost control on the snow-covered road and collided with a vehicle driven by a 33-year-old Monroe man, causing moderate damage to both vehicles.

• No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle accident at 4:45 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, at Wis. 69 and 6th Street. A 74-year-old Monroe woman collided with a vehicle driven by a 45-year-old Monroe man, causing moderate damage to both vehicles.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Monday, Dec. 9:

• Leeann T. Parish, 34, Monticello, and her passenger were uninjured in a one-vehicle accident at 10:48 a.m. on County N near Robey Road in Washington Township. Parish was southbound when she lost control of her pickup truck on the ice- and snow-covered road. The truck slid off the west side of the road, into the ditch, and hit a rock wall embankment. The truck sustained moderate damage and was towed.

• Rebecca L. Drafall, 31, Monroe, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash reported at 5:01 p.m. on County KS near Brunkow Road in Jefferson Township. The vehicle sustained moderate front-end damage and was driven from the scene.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Monday, Dec. 9:

• Michael A. Rothenbuehler, 21, and his passenger Kayla M. Shook, 24, Belvidere, Ill., reported no injuries at 3:30 p.m. from a one-vehicle accident on Spruce Street in Argyle. He was eastbound on Wis. 81 when he tried to turn south onto Spruce Street, lost control and slid across the snow-covered intersection, hitting the curb on the east side of the street. The vehicle was moderately damaged and towed.

• Barbara R. Bidlingmaier, 57, Browntown, reported at 5:25 p.m. that she hit a deer on Wis. 81 in Argyle Township.
