Albany Police

ALBANY - Ethan J. Parkin, 23, Albany, was arrested Monday, April 30, on an outstanding warrant issued by Beloit Police for failure to pay a fine on a theft citation.

- Jeffrey H. Bahn, 54, Albany, was arrested Friday, May 4, on a charge of failing to report to the Department of Corrections.

Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Ryan R. Stout, 26, Brodhead, was cited for damage to property at 4:37 p.m. Sunday, April 29, in the 2200 block of 1st Center Avenue.

- A 16-year-old Juda girl was cited for failure to obey a traffic officer's sign at 6:01 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, in the 900 block of West 2nd Avenue.

- A 16-year-old Brodhead boy was cited for unlawful use of a phone on Wednesday, May 2, stemming from an April 27 incident.

- Thomas E. Coughlin, 47, Brodhead, was cited Thursday, May 3, on two counts of issuing worthless checks.

- Mary E. Scott, 43, Orfordville, was cited Thursday, May 3, for issuing worthless checks.

Monroe Police

MONROE - A possibly blind dog was found running loose in the 1200 block of 12th Avenue at 8:46 a.m. Friday, May 4, and leashed and taken to the Green County Humane Society.

- A property owner in the 2500 block of 10th Street was warned at 10:52 a.m. Friday, May 4, for letting grass in the yard grow past the city's 6-inch height limit.

- The city was called in at 10:58 a.m. Friday, May 4, to mow grass in a yard in the 1500 block of Parkview Drive that had grown past the city's 6-inch height limit.

- A women's light blue, 26-inch, 12-speed Huffy bicycle, worth about $100, was reported stolen from the 1500 block of 13th Street at 3:56 p.m. Friday, May 4. The bicycle was not licensed and not locked.

- A group of people pushing and shoving each other outside a tavern in the 1300 block of 17th Street dispersed when an officer drove past at 1:25 a.m. Saturday, May 5, and warned them to stop.

- A person was warned at 10:22 a.m. Saturday, May 5, for walking a dog in Twining Park, in violation of city code.

- A dog owner in the 1900 block of 12th Street was warned after police responded at 2:58 p.m. Saturday, May 5, to a report that the dog was barking continuously.

- Curfew citations will be issued to two 15-year-olds, a boy and girl, who were found in a parked vehicle in the 2000 block of 14th Street at 11:33 p.m. Saturday, May 5. Parents came to pick them up.

- Graffiti of the words "Crew" and "Kr3w" was reported on a garage in the 2000 block of 16th Avenue at 10:36 a.m. Sunday, May 6.

- Police took a report at 12:27 p.m. Sunday, May 6, that gas had been siphoned from a parked U-Haul truck in the 900 block of 8th Street.

- Graffiti on a vehicle was reported in the 1300 block of 12th Avenue at 2:47 p.m. Sunday, May 6.

- Two juveniles found violating court-ordered house arrests in the 400 block of West 21st Street at 5:22 p.m. Sunday, May 6, were referred to Green County Human Services.

- Police took a complaint of a group of three prowlers going through parked vehicles at 1:49 a.m. Monday, May 7, in the 2000 block of 17th Street. The case is under investigation.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Catherine L. Niemeier, 50, Argyle, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at 5:39 p.m. Monday, April 30, at 3rd Avenue and Railroad Street.

- Lucas Kluever, 22, Fitchburg, was cited for a seatbelt violation and driving with a revoked license at 4:06 p.m. Thursday, May 3, at Wis. 69 and 6th Avenue.

- New Glarus police issued a total of 31 citations for seatbelt violations, mostly on Thursday, May 3, as part of a special enforcement patrol.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Buncha N. Budwong, 26, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (second offense) at 2:23 a.m. Sunday, May 6, after deputies stopped a vehicle in the W5200 block of County KK in the Town of Monroe for an equipment violation. Budwong was also cited for driving a vehicle with an expired registration. He was released pending court.

- Four Monroe residents were apprehended after deputies were dispatched at 6:07 a.m. Sunday, May 6, to Brunkow Road south of North Road in the Town of Jefferson for a report of two suspicious vehicles. Lukas D. Hagen, 18, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated (first offense) and driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration and also arrested on a Department of Corrections probation hold. He was jailed. Taylor James Huffman, 20, was arrested on a charge of violating absolute sobriety laws and released pending court. Michael Lee Santoro, 19, was cited for underage possession/consumption of alcohol (second offense). Cody Lee Ingwell, 19, Monroe, was cited for underage possession/consumption of alcohol (first offense).
