MONROE - On Tuesday:

• Jamee F. Coolins, 25, Argyle, was cited at 2:07 p.m. for driving without a valid license on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.
• An animal problem was reported at 8:21 p.m. on School Street in Gratiot.
