MONROE - On Thursday:

• Baboucarr Sallah, 30, Verona, was cited for third-offense operating without a valid license at 6:04 a.m. in the N9700 block of Wisconsin 69 in New Glarus. He was released pending court.

• Roxann M. Bellerjeau, 24, Darlington, was arrested and jailed on a probation and parole hold at 11:36 p.m. after police responded to a report of a lost or stolen phone in the W5200 block of County KK in the Town of Monroe. When police arrived, Bellerjeau told them she had found her phone.

DARLINGTON - On Thursday:

• Dee R. Anderson, 56, Platteville, was cited for speeding at 2:51 p.m. after police stopped him on County J in Benton.

• Terry L. Bridgeman, 43, Warren, Ill., was cited at 5:34 p.m. for operating after suspension after police stopped him on Wis. 11 in the Town of Wayne.

• An object in the road was reported at 9:24 a.m. on Wis. 11 in the Town of Gratiot.

• Police provided traffic control at 11:16 a.m. on County O in the Town of White Oak Springs.

• An erratic driver was reported at 5:06 p.m. on School Street in Gratiot.

• A theft was reported at 6:09 p.m. on Mineral Road in the Town of Darlington.

• Police assisted the Shullsburg Police Department at 6:50 p.m. with an altercation on West Water Street in Shullsburg.

• Suspicious activity was reported at 7:22 p.m. on Wis. 81 in the Town of Darlington.

• An injured animal was reported at 8:09 p.m. on River Road in the Town of Argyle.

• A civil dispute was reported at 11:49 p.m. on County G in the Town of Belmont.
