Green County Sheriff
MONROE - Paul Lincicum, 60, Monroe, was cited for battery after he hit Joshua J. Hardyman at about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday on County J near Wisconsin 81. Deputies report Hardyman's vehicle hit Lincicum's dog. When he approached Lincicum, Lincicum hit Hardyman. Hardyman was cited for unreasonable speed. They were released pending court.
• Dakota N. Bevins, 16, Argyle, was cited for driving a vehicle without an authorized person next to him at about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday after deputies responded to a report of a vehicle parked in a subdivision on County N. Bevins was released pending court.

DARLINGTON - Matthew Fink, 29, Darlington, was arrested for drunken driving following a traffic stop at about 1:15 a.m. Monday on Cornelia Street.
• Pedro E. Ibarra, 31, Darlington, was arrested for driving after revocation following a traffic stop at about 1:45 p.m. Saturday on Galena Street. He was released pending court.
• Elwin Soto-Sevilla, 25, Darlington, was cited for driving without a license following a traffic stop at about 11:15 p.m. Saturday on East Street. He was released pending court.
