On Dec. 31:
A 36-year-old Brodhead woman was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at 4:52 p.m. in the 100 block of 1st Street.
A 25-year-old Albany man was cited for operating after suspension at 9:46 p.m. in the 1800 block of East 9th Avenue.
On Jan. 1:
A 33-year-old Brodhead man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, operating with a prohibited alcohol content, operating without a valid license and obstructing an officer at 3:13 a.m. in the 2500 block of 1st Center Avenue.
Disorderly conduct was reported at 4:42 a.m. in the 1100 block for a female reportedly causing a disturbance. Contact was made and no violation occurred.
On Jan. 2:
A 32-year-old Brodhead woman was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at 7:58 a.m. in the 2100 block of West 5th Avenue.
A restraining order violation was reported at 1:02 p.m. Jan. 3 in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue. The matter remains under investigation.
On Jan. 5:
A parking complaint was reported at 8:22 a.m. in the 200 block of 12th Street. A vehicle was in violation of the 48-hour parking ordinance. The owner was contacted and a warning was issued.
A 37-year-old Brodhead man was cited for speeding at 1:23 p.m. in the 600 block of 1st Street.
A parking complaint was reported at 2:54 p.m. to the 2100 block of West 5th Avenue. A vehicle was parked in a no parking area. The owner was contacted and a warning was issued.
A parking complaint was reported at 2:55 p.m. in the 2100 block of 1st Center Avenue. A vehicle was left on private property for an extended time without the owner's consent. The vehicle was towed by the property owner.
Disorderly conduct was reported at 5:41 p.m. in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue. Two subjects were in a verbal confrontation. Contact was made and the matter was resolved.
Illegal dumping was reported at 10:18 p.m. in the 900 block of West Exchange Street. A business was allegedly placing refuse in another business dumpster.
Damage to property was reported at 12:27 p.m. Jan. 6 in the 700 block of West 2nd Avenue. A realty sign received damage in the amount of $125. The owner did not wish to pursue charges.
