Monroe Police MONROE - Lamer C. Davis, 33, Beloit, was arrested at 6:27 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11, in the 100 block of West 8th Street for an outstanding warrant issued by the Beloit Police Department. Davis was confined in the Green County Jail. Green County Sheriff MONROE - Matthew P. Baumgartner, 22, Monroe, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. Monday, Feb. 10, for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a Department of Corrections probation violation following a traffic stop for an equipment violation on 6th Street near 26th Avenue, Monroe.
