MONROE - On Thursday:
• Pamela A. Wyss, 48, Monroe, was arrested and jailed on a probation hold issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections at 1:52 p.m. after police stopped her in the 700 block of 12th Avenue.
• Tyler L. Blumer, 21, Monroe, was arrested for second-offense operating while intoxicated after police stopped him in the 800 block of 21st Street. He was also cited for speeding, having open intoxicants in a motor vehicle, not having proof of insurance and a seatbelt violation. He was released to a responsible party pending court.

MONROE - Cecillia Zepeda, 20, Monroe was arrested and jailed on a probation or parole warrant at 1:40 p.m. Thursday at the Green County Justice Center.

• Danyel Hargrove, 38, Platteville, was cited for speeding at 3:42 p.m. on County XX in the Town of Belmont.
• A suspicious person was reported at 3:14 a.m. on School Street in Blanchardville.
• A theft was reported at 2:30 p.m. on County XX in the Town of Belmont.
• A traffic complaint was reported at 6:38 p.m. on Wisconsin 81 in the Town of Seymour.
