Erik P. Martin, 42, Melbourne, Fla., was arrested for disorderly conduct at about 9:45 p.m. Monday in the 400 block of 4th Avenue. He was jailed.
Daniel F. Baumgartner, 22, Monroe, was cited for fourth-offense driving after revocation at about 12:45 a.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of 19th Avenue. He was released pending court.
Philip D. Hoffman, 25, Monroe, was cited for sixth-offense driving after suspension at about 1 a.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block of 17th Street. He was released pending court.
Juan Jose Salazar Perez, 38, Monroe, was cited for second-offense driving without a license at about 2 a.m. Tuesday in the 2700 block of 9th Street. He was released pending court.
New Glarus Police
NEW GLARUS - Michael R. Graff, 20, New Glarus, was charged with a municipal violation of operating a motor vehicle without the consent of the owner, following a report Aug. 6 of a vehicle being stolen in New Glarus. This report was the third of three reported vehicle thefts, which involved Graff reportedly taking the vehicle of his former girlfriend without her permission.

MONROE - Joaquin Roque Santiago, 34, Elgin, Ill., was cited for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle as a passenger at about 1:45 a.m. Sunday on Wisconsin 69 at Franklin Road in the Town of Clarno., after the vehicle had initiated its hazard lights and pulled to the shoulder of the roadway. The driver, Jose Perez Rodriguez, 24, of Freeport, Ill., was cited for operating with no valid driver's license. Both were released pending court.
Sean R. Schmelzer, 22, Monroe, was arrest for violation of bond and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle as a passenger at about 3:30 a.m. Sunday following a complaint of a possible underage drinking party at a Town of Monroe residence. Schmelzer was jailed pending court.
Natasha L. Hagen, 20, Monroe, was cited for failure to stop and operating with a suspended license at about 12:45 p.m. Sunday on County SS at Greenbush Road in the Town of Decatur. Hagen was released pending court.
Michael V. Duncan, 37, Blanchardville, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage following a report of a domestic dispute at about 1 p.m. Sunday at a residence in the Town of York. Duncan posted bail and was released pending court.
Lisa A. Stevenson, 39, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct after she became disruptive during court proceedings at about 3:30 p.m. Monday at the Green County Courthouse. She was released pending court.
Brenda A. Olson, 46, Argyle, was arrested for a Green County warrant at about 5:45 p.m. Monday at the Green County Sheriff's Department. She posted bond and was released.
Kiel R. Siegenthaler, 26, Monticello, was cited for driving after revocation and failure to fasten his seatbelt following a traffic stop at about 5 p.m. Monday on County C at County F in Monticello. A passenger in the vehicle, Kyle S. Flesher, 23, Monticello, was cited for failure to fasten his seatbelt. They were released pending court.

DARLINGTON - Carla Carns, 46, and Rodney Carns, 44, were arrested for domestic disorderly conduct at about 10:45 p.m. Friday on County I in New Diggings township.
Luke Filipos, 22, Portland, Maine, was cited for following too closely at about noon Friday on Wisconsin 81 in Seymour township.
Jonathan Bennett, 17, Madison, was cited for speeding, unsafe lane deviation, operating after suspension and a safety violation at about 5 p.m. Friday on U.S. Highway 151 in Kendall township.
Andrew Gibbs, 23, Elkhorn, was cited for unnecessary acceleration following a traffic stop at about 9:15 p.m. Friday on Fort Defiance Road in Willow Springs township.
Monica A. Goebel, 29, and Jodi L. Chapman, 25, both of Shullsburg, were arrested for disorderly conduct following a disturbance at about 5:45 p.m. Monday on Dry Bone Road in Seymour township. They were released pending court.
