Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Trevor C. Jones, 17, Beaver Dam, was arrested on a felony-level charge of fleeing police and cited for driving with a suspended license, reckless driving endangering safety, speeding, driving at an imprudent speed and driving without vehicle insurance on Saturday, April 28, on Wisconsin 81 in the Town of Adams. Deputies attempted to stop Jones at 2:19 p.m. for speeding near McGrath Lane in the Town of Jordan. He responded by reportedly increasing to speeds of more than 120 mph, then lost control on a curve and came to rest in a ditch. Jones and his 13-year-old passenger were uninjured. Jones was jailed, pending an appearance in court.

- More than 460 pounds of medications were collected Saturday, April 28, in a U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration-sponsored event organized by Green County deputies, the Green County Health Department and the Albany, Brodhead and Monticello Police Departments. The medications were destroyed per DEA regulations.

Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - A juvenile female of Brodhead was cited for failure to notify police of an accident at 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue.

- Amberlynn J. Johnson, 35, and Misty Olson, 39, both of Brodhead, were cited for disorderly conduct at 7:22 p.m. Thursday, April 26, in the 1300 block of West 5th Avenue.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Bryan S. Wehe, 22, Browntown, was arrested during a traffic stop in the 400 block of West 21st Street at 7:44 p.m. Friday, April 27, on a body-only warrant issued by the Monroe Police Department on charges of failure to appear in court and driving with a revoked license. Wehe was jailed. Court records indicate a bench warrant was issued for Wehe on March 14 in Green County Circuit Court.
