CAMBRIDGE/MONTICELLO - Elaine Harriet Teuscher, age 89, of Cambridge, Wisconsin, formerly of Monticello, died Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at Willowbrook Nursing and Rehab in Lake Mills, WI.
Elaine was born in Monroe, Wisconsin on June 15, 1918, the daughter of Christ and Hattie (Wyss) Yaussi. She graduated from Monticello High School. On June 24, 1937, Elaine married William Teuscher. William preceded her in death on December 20, 1981. Elaine worked for the Monroe Cheese Company until her retirement.
Surviving are: a son, Frederick (Marie) Teuscher, Cambridge, WI; two grandsons, Jeffery (Kelly) Teuscher, Madison, WI, and Scott (Shennah) Teuscher, Cambridge, WI; four great-grandchildren, Allysa and Abby Teuscher, Cambridge, WI, and Nathan and Cameron Teuscher, Madison, WI.
Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a sister, Hilda McFann and a very special friend, Albert Marty.
Family graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at the Highland Cemetery, Monticello, Wisconsin.
