Franklin Jr. Blunt, 78, of Cherokee Village, Arkansas passed away on January 23, 2015. He was born April 4, 1936. He is survived by his wife, Dolores; daughter, Sherri Brown of Farmington, Missouri; sons, Steven (LaRene) Blunt of Monroe, Wisconsin and Quintin Blunt of Spirit Lake, Iowa; four grandchildren, Jennifer (Danny) Missey of Potosi, Missouri, Amanda (David) Orrick of Valles, Wisconsin, Heather Blunt of Monroe, Wisconsin; 16 great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Ann Loftis of Stevens Point, Wisconsin and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, one great-grandchild, brother Ralph and sister Shirley Ann Jacobs. He loved the Lord and will be dearly missed. He served in the US Air Force and was a member of Abundant Life Church in Highland, Arkansas. Funeral ceremonies to be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 31, 2015 in McCorkle Funeral Home - Durand Chapel, 101 Main St. Durand, Illinois with Pastor Joey Barnes of Highland, Arkansas officiating.
