Douglas W. Axelson, age 26 of Brodhead, died Sunday, September 23, 2012, as the result of an automobile accident. He was born December 30, 1985 in Park Ridge, Illinois, the son of Arnold and Nancy (Meyer) Axelson. He graduated from Brodhead High School.
