Donald G. Jacobson, age 67, of Brodhead, died Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at Mercy Hospital, Janesville. He was born on February 23, 1946 in Monroe, WI, the son of Ted and Ila (Grenawalt) Jacobson. Don graduated from Brodhead High School in 1964. He served in the Navy from 1966 to 1969. He was the news director at WEKZ Radio, Monroe all of his life; and was still working part time. His favorite past time was music, and he had a large collection. He loved his dog, Gizmo.

He is survived by a sister, Betty Woodruff of Brodhead/Florida; many nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Dorothy Fowler, and a brother Robert Jacobson.

Per Don's wishes, no services will be held. Everson Funeral Home is assisting the family.
