Virlen Haugen, 91, Monroe, formerly of Blanchardville, died Monday, Jan. 27. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 1 at the York Memorial Lutheran Church at the intersection of highways 78 and 39, Blanchardville, with Rev. Mark Gruner of the Pecatonica Lutheran Parish as officiate.
