Cody Neubauer 17 Freeport Illinois lost his battle of over 3 yrs with cancer on 6-17 at UW Hosp. Madison

Survived by his mother Tracy (Chuck) Nugent. 1 Brother 3 sisters. His grandparents Donna and Michael Saxby all of Freeport. His great grandmother Carol Clark Monroe, Wis. Several cousins.

Visitation is Wed. June 24 from 3 to 7 at Burke Tubbs Funeral Home in Freeport.

Service Thursday June 25 at 1 P.M. at Faith United Methodist Church. Burial is Chapel Hill.
