On September 29:

● At 10:26 a.m., officers were called to the 400 block of West 10 1/2 Street for a report of a vehicle operator sleeping behind the wheel of an idling vehicle. Melquiceded Martinez Olles, 29, of Monroe, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-1st offense. Martinez Olles was also cited for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration, operating without a valid drive’s license, having open intoxicants in a motor vehicle and a parking violation. Martinez Olles was booked and released to a responsible adult pending a court appearance.

● At 11:15 p.m., officers were called to a disturbance at a residence in the 500 block of St. Clare Court. An investigation resulted in the arrest of Nicole J. Bleiler, 41, of Monroe, on a charge of damage to property. Bleiler was also arrested on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections-Probation & Parole for a probation violation. Bleiler was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
