The Village of New Glarus Public Library Board of Trustees will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the New Glarus Village Hall Board Room. Agenda items include closed session regarding an easement agreement with the Swiss Center of North America and the promotion of Brenda Massei to library clerk. 

The Green County Agriculture and Extension Education Committee will meet at 12:30 p.m. in the Green County Justice Center, 2841 6th St. Agenda items include an update on the health and well being educator position and the review and approval of January bills.

The Darlington Community School District Long Range Planning Committee will meet at 6 p.m. in the board meeting room at Darlington Elementary/Middle School. Agenda items include discussion and recommendation regarding the long range plan on staffing, finances, facilities and curriculum. 


Thursday, February 6

The Village of New Glarus Public Library Building Subcommittee will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the New Glarus Village Hall Board Room, 319 2nd St. Agenda items include closed session discussion on an easement agreement with Swiss Center of North America and its outline. 


Friday, February 7

The Lafayette County Veteran Committee will meet at 9 a.m. at the Ag/UW-Extension Office. Agenda items include review and approval of December and January financial vouchers and discussion and review of the veteran service office for the last and next two months.

The Wisconsin River Rail Transit Commission will meet at 10 a.m. in the Dane County Highway Garage, 2302 Fish Hatchery Rd., Madison. Agenda items include discussion and possible action on the application process for improvements to state owned property and on a letter of support for WisDOT’s Infrastructure for Rebuilding America (INFRA) grand application for the Merrimac Bridge. 


Monday, February 10

The Lafayette County Joint Manor/Hospital Committee will meet at 8 a.m. in the Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County conference room. Agenda items include an open discussion regarding the Wipfli presentation for both the hospital and manor and then questions, concerns and comments from the public. 

The Green County Zoning and Land Use Committee will meet at 4 p.m. in the Green County Courthouse, second floor conference room. Agenda items include discussion and possible action regarding a notice of claim filed against the county and information the zoning department has on the county website.
