PLATTEVILLE - Aaron Duecker, Monroe, recently received a University of Wisconsin-Platteville Community Scholarship for Juda High School through the UWP Foundation. The UW-Platteville Community Scholarship Program is designed to focus community support to the high school of a donor's choice. Duecker will use this scholarship toward attending UWP in the fall.
Duecker will be a freshman at UWP majoring in physical education. He is a 2010 graduate of Juda High School and the son of Vinnie Duecker and Cheryl Duecker, both of Monroe.
The goal of the UW-Platteville Community Scholarship Program is to provide assistance to graduating high school seniors who will be attending UWP. Any graduating high school senior in a participating community accepted into UWP is eligible to receive this scholarship.
