Salvation Army sets $20,000 local goal

MONROE - The Salvation Army in Green County announced the launch of its annual Christmas Campaign to raise funds to help people who continue to struggle across Green County.

This year's campaign theme is "Share Your Blessings. Be Blessed."

The Christmas Campaign will include traditional fundraising methods, such as direct mail, as well as the Red Kettles.

Locally, the Salvation Army in Green County hopes to raise $20,000 to help sustain the vital programs and services that help needy people in their daily struggle for survival.
