MONROE — Pat Skogen, Democratic candidate for the 17th State Senate district, and Leah Spicer, Democratic candidate for the 51st State Assembly district, will meet with voters from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, at the Monroe Arts Center, 1315 11th Street, Monroe. 

Both districts include southwestern Green County and most of Lafayette County.
