MONROE - Join the Apparitions Motorcycle Club, ABATE Region 8D and Green County Human Services from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Shopko in Monroe to help fill a trailer with gifts for Green County foster children and families.
Suggested donation items include: Educational games, books and toys for elementary-age children; gift cards for teenagers; size three and up diapers and pull-ups; wipes; cleaning supplies such as disinfecting wipes and sprays and paper towels; laundry detergent; socks and underwear in sizes for both children and adults; baby-proofing items; bottles and sippy cups; and towels.
Each donation will get a ticket for free admission for two to the annual Gifts that Foster Hope event at 5 p.m. Nov. 11.
