Announcement is made of the engagement and forthcoming marriage of Regina Lloren, Madison, to Philip McConnell, Madison, by his mother, Esther McConnell.

Parents of the future groom are Esther McConnell and the late Elwood McConnell. Parents of the bride-to-be are Dr. Jose and Sarah Lloren, both of Fond du Lac.

The bride-to-be is employed by the East Madison Community Center, Madison.

The future groom is employed by The Swiss Colony, Monroe.

A Sept. 4, 2010 wedding is being planned.
