MONTICELLO - The Driftless Area Artists will be showing their work at the Monticello Public Library during the month of August.

The display began with a "Meet the Artists" reception July 29 at the library. As most of the art is in a shelved display case, most works are no more than 14 inches high.

The DAA group is open to artists in any medium and to arts patrons. The membership dues of $25 a year include membership in the Monroe Arts Center. More information on the group can be found at www.driftlessareaartist.org.
