JANESVILLE - In celebration of Manufacturing Day, Blackhawk Technical College, Rock County 5.0, the School District of Janesville and 26 employers will host more than 600 area high school students Friday. Participating area high schools include Juda High School.
High school students from 12 schools and seven school districts will visit Blackhawk Technical College's Advanced Manufacturing Training Center for an overview of BTC's manufacturing programs while touring the facility and visiting two businesses in the region to see demonstrations, presentations and learn more about job opportunities in manufacturing professions.
