ALBANY — The Gap Church Museum, Inc. 31st Annual Hymn Sing will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 20.

There is no charge for this event but donations are appreciated.

Refreshments will be served afterwards.

The Gap Church Museum, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization. The non-profit  association is dedicated to the preservation and restoration of the Gap Church (aka Monticello Prairie Baptist Church). The church is a pioneer church established in 1850. The church building was built & cemetery platted in 1856.

The building is maintained by donations only. All donations will be used to repair the church building’s windows. Four have been repaired recently by Cardinal Restoration. We will continue as the money becomes available.

The Gap Church & Cemetery is located four miles West of Albany on Wis. 59.
