Many blossoms to those who conceived, planned and presented the ribbon-cutting event for the new Monroe airport terminal building on Saturday, Aug. 9. A very special part of the event was the flag- raising ceremony conducted by Boy Scouts with the overflight of a vintage military aircraft.
