MONROE - The Monroe Parks and Recreation Department is hosting Softball with the Cheesemakers April 16.
The event is open to girls in third to eighth grade. Participants will work on work on softball skills with Monroe softball players and Monroe coach Joe O'Leksy. The event is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the high school gym.
Registration is required and costs $10. Everyone will receive a Campion's Champion T-shirt sponsored by the Monroe Kiwanis Foundation.
