MONROE — The third annual Holly’s Heart and Sole Fun Run had over 50 participants on Saturday, July 29. The event, which raises money for scholarships, honors Holly (Soden) Farwell. The 2001 Monroe High School graduate, who ran track and field and cross country, passed away from breast cancer in 2016.
