Maynard F. Heins, age 79 of Monroe died at his home in Monroe on Wednesday, Feb. 25. Maynard was born on April 13, 1946 in Dodgeville to Francis and Helen (Buss) Heins. He graduated from Mineral Point High School in 1964 and received his M.S. and B.S. from UW-Platteville.
