BRODHEAD - Traffic had to be rerouted about two hours Tuesday morning, Nov. 13, following a two-vehicle crash southwest of Brodhead that injured one.

Amanda L. Kopp, 20, Juda, was driving a BMW car on Wisconsin 11/81 near County OK when she rear-ended a GMC truck driven by Kenneth R. Tober, 24, Darien.

Tober was stopped and waiting to turn left when Kopp rear-ended him, according to Sheriff Jeff Skatrud.

Green County deputies were called to the scene at about 8:30 a.m., along with members of the Wisconsin State Patrol, Green County Highway Department and Juda Fire Department. Traffic was rerouted until about 10:30 a.m.

Kopp was taken to Monroe Clinic for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. She will be cited for inattentive driving, Skatrud said.

Tober and his passenger reported no injuries.

Kopp's BMW was extensively damaged and towed. Tober's truck sustained minor rear-end damage and was driven from the scene.
