Monroe Clinic receives Guardian of Excellence Award

MONROE - Press Ganey has announced Monroe Clinic as a 2016 Guardian of Excellence Award winner. The award recognizes top-performing health care organizations who have consistently achieved the 95 percentile or above for performance in patient experience, engagement or clinical quality performance. This recognition stems from data gathered in the Press Ganey surveys patients complete after their visits to Monroe Clinic.

The Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award is a nationally recognized symbol of achievement in health care. Presented annually, the award honors clients who consistently sustained performance in the top five percent of all Press Ganey clients for each reporting period during the course of one year.
