MONROE - Purchase for Paws, the garage and bake sale benefiting the Green County Humane Society, will be held Thursday, Oct. 3 through Saturday, Oct. 5. The bake sale will only be held on Oct. 3. Sale days and times are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 3; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4; 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Oct. 5 at Monroe Auto Sales, 101 W. 8th St. Those who would like to donate to the sale can drop off items from noon to 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30; noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1; and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2 at Monroe Auto Sales.
