MONROE - The annual Main Street Monroe Halloween Parade will begin at 4:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 31.
The parade will begin at Monroe Middle school, 1510 13th St.
It will travel around the Square and return to the middle school.
Youth and adults who want to participate in the parade should arrive in costume at 4:15 p.m.
Monroe Main Street volunteers will give each participant a treat bag at the parking lot following the parade..
