MONROE - A Beloit woman was sentenced to six months in jail, with work release privileges, and three years probation after she pleaded no contest to driving under the influence, fifth- or sixth-offense Nov. 23 in Green County Circuit Court. Victoria L. Swanson, 50, was also fined $1,524. She faced up to six years in prison.
