MONROE - On Friday, Oct. 5:

• Brittany M. Purcell, 26, Monroe, was eastbound on Pioneer Road near Blue Vista Lane in the Town of New Glarus when a deer hit the rear quarter panel of her vehicle. Deputies responded at 4:59 p.m. Purcell was uninjured. The vehicle was moderately damaged and driven from the scene.

• Michael H. Haberman, 44, Brodhead, was westbound in the W300 block of County E in the Town of Decatur when a deer entered the road from the north ditch and collided with the vehicle, causing severe damage. Deputies responded at 6:56 p.m. Haberman was uninjured. The vehicle was towed.

• Georgene L. Croft, 56, Belleville, was northbound on County CC north of Nye Road in the Town of Exeter when a deer collided with the front of her vehicle. Deputies responded at 7:01 p.m. Croft was uninjured. The vehicle sustained severe front-end damage and was towed.

• Jennifer A. Estes, 40, Elburn, Ill., was westbound in the W7500 block of Wisconsin 81 when a deer entered the road and she was unable to avoid hitting it. Deputies responded at 8:26 p.m. Estes was uninjured. The vehicle sustained moderate front-end damage, and Estes drove it from the scene.

On Saturday, Oct. 6:

• Deputies responded to a motorcycle crash at 12:04 p.m. at the intersection of County J and County H in the Town of York near New Glarus. Jeremie J. Dippel, 38, Fredonia, and Brad James Duggan, 38, Marion, Iowa, were driving individual motorcycles in a large group of motorcycles southbound on County J, approaching County H. Dippel, who was in front of Duggan, did not realize the group was going to turn east on County H. He attempted to slow his motorcycle to make the turn but lost control on a patch of gravel in the intersection and skidded into the path of Duggan's motorcycle, causing both vehicles to overturn. Both men were partially ejected. Duggan sustained an injury that required transport to a nearby hospital. Dippel was also injured but declined medical attention. Both drivers were wearing helmets. The motorcycles were moderately damaged and did not require towing.

• Gordon K. Krueger, 51, Monticello, was uninjured after he hit a deer at 6:32 p.m. on Farmers Grove Road west of Disch Road in the Town of New Glarus. The vehicle was moderately damaged and driven from the scene.
