MONROE POLICE
MONROE - No injuries were reported at 1:41 p.m. Wednesday after Lawrence B. Townsend, 36, Beloit, struck the vehicle of a 60-year-old Monroe man at the intersection of 13th Avenue and 19th Street. Townsend was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign. Both vehicles sustained minor damage.

MONROE - On Wednesday:
• No injuries were reported at 8:03 p.m. after a cow struck the vehicle of Adam L. Stewart, 38, Monroe, in the N6400 block of County J, Town of Adams. Stewart was cited for driving without a valid license. His vehicle sustained severe damage.
• No injuries were reported after Danielle L. Schupbach, 26, Brodhead, struck a deer in the W2700 block of Wisconsin 11, Town of Jefferson.
