MONROE POLICE
MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 3 p.m. Tuesday at Eighth Street and Third Avenue. Police report a vehicle driven by Jack T. Policastro, 50, Monroe, collided with a vehicle driven by Skylar W. Gerke, 18, Browntown. Policastro was cited for inattentive driving and Gerke was cited for improper stop. They were released pending court. Gerke's vehicle received moderate damage.
GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF
MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 4:45 a.m. Tuesday in the W5900 block of Wisconsin 11. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Matthew C. Goebel, 45, Monroe, sideswiped a vehicle driven by Franklin J. Brennan, 31, Orangeville. Both vehicles received minor damage.
LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF
DARLINGTON - No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday on Pecatonica Road in Darlington township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Steven T. Wiegel, 19, Darlington, left the road, went down an embankment and came to rest against several small trees. The car received moderate damage. Wiegel was cited for not wearing a seatbelt.
• A vehicle driven by Greg K. Johnson, 43, Darlington, hit a deer at about 6 a.m. Tuesday on County K in Gratiot township. His vehicle received moderate damage.
• A vehicle driven by Lisa R. Key-Lund, 37, Deerfield, hit a deer at about 6 p.m. Tuesday on North Lake Road in Blanchard township. The vehicle received moderate damage.
• A vehicle driven by David T. Rollinger, 53, Apple River, Ill., hit a deer at about 8:15 p.m. Tuesday on County W in Benton township. The vehicle received moderate damage.
