MCCONNELL, Ill. - Robert D. Bessert, 73, of McConnell, IL passed away February 3rd, 2014 at his home. Robert was born on September 9, 1940 to Waldemar and Alice (Rockow) Bessert in McConnell, IL. He married Sharon Keppen and together they had eight children.
