MONROE - Gregory J. Busjahn, 43, Monroe, was arrested for fourth-offense drunk driving following a traffic stop around 2 a.m. Thursday in the 1300 block of 19th Street. He was jailed pending court.
• Daniel J. Newcomer, 19, Monroe, and Taylor M. Brown, 18, Monroe, were cited for underage drinking around 3 a.m. Wednesday in the 1500 block of Ninth Street. Brown was also cited for obstructing an officer. They were released pending court.
