Frances Sipple, 87, Monroe, died Friday, June 27, 2008. Graveside services are at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at Greenwood Cemetery in Monroe. There will be no visitation. Newcomer Funeral Home is assisting the family.
