MISDEMEANORS

• Andy J. Markham, 36, Juda, pleaded no contest Thursday, Sept. 20, to a charge of harassment and was fined $267.50. The charge stems from an arrest Aug. 7 at the boat landing in the W500 block of County F in the Town of Decatur.

• Gabriel E. Wild, 24, Madison, pleaded no contest Thursday, Sept. 20, to charges of possessing marijuana, keeping open intoxicants in a vehicle and driving while intoxicated (third offense). He is sentenced to six months in jail and ordered to undergo an assessment for alcohol abuse. His fines total $3,020.25. Court records indicate Monroe police arrested Wild in the 1500 block of 31st Avenue during a traffic stop at 6:07 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 29, and that Wild had a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.224 percent.

LAFAYETTE COUNTY

MISDEMEANORS

• David S. Valentine, 28, Rewey, pleaded no contest Wednesday, Sept. 19, to a charge of stealing a trailer March 12 from a location in the 13700 block of Roller Coaster Road in rural Darlington. He was fined $456.50.
