nThe court Monday entered a not guilty plea and scheduled a July 15 district attorney conference for Jacob A. Mills, 19, Brodhead, who stood mute to charges of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Court records allege he had marijuana in his possession and also had a digital scale, plastic bags and a marijuana smoking device in his possession May 31 in Albany township.
Both charges are unclassified misdemeanors. He faces up to nine months in jail and up to $15,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on a $500 signature bond.
