Alvin "Al" Paul Luchsinger age 74 died Tuesday December 7, 2010 at the Monroe Clinic Hospital. He was born November 26, 1936 in Stoughton Wisconsin the son of Baltz and Frances (Lang) Luchsinger Jr. Alvin farmed all his life, first as a dairy farmer and then a crop farmer. He has been a resident of Harbor House in Monroe for the past nine months. He is survived by his brothers Daryl (Julie) of Edgerton and Donavon (Leta Happ) of Brooklyn, a niece, four nephews and their families. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Darlene at birth. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday December 11, 2010 at the Ward Funeral Home in Evansville with Reverend Carl Olson of Milton Wisconsin officiating. Burial will follow in Norwegian Cemetery Albany Township. Friends may call on Saturday from 11:00am until the time of service at the funeral home. The family wishes to give Special thanks to the Staff at Harbor House for all the love and care Alvin received while he was a resident there.
